导师简介

   Laurent Itti 教授,同济大学软件学院教授,上海市千人计划特聘教授,美国南加州大学计算机科学系教授、神经科学系兼职教授。2000年在美国加州理工学院获得了计算和神经系统学的博士学位,同年加入美国南加州大学,先后担任助理教授、副教授、教授职位。2013年10月获得上海市千人计划资助,加入同济大学软件学院担任教授。Itti教授主要研究基于生物学的计算视觉,尤其是视觉注意力、场景理解、眼部运动控制以及视觉显著性等方面。这些研究在视频压缩、目标检测、机器人学与生物医学等领域中都有广泛的应用。Itti教授作为合著作者已经在国际顶级学术期刊、书籍章节以及会议上发表了130余篇论文,迄今为止其论文被引用次数为13000多次(其中两篇代表论文(含一篇Nature子刊)分别被引用3600次与1900次)。
