International Development and Cooperation

As the focal point for promoting international activities on campus, the International Office serves a number of functions:

1) International Liaison:
The Director of the International Office serves as the International Liaison Officer, representing the School of Software Engineering, Tongji University international perspective in discussions with other universities and organizations.

2) International Development and International Research:
The International Office facilitates the participation of the school in international development projects by supporting their efforts through all the phases of a project including initial design conceptualization, proposal preparation and submission, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting.

Short-Term Professional Training

The School of Software Engineering, Tongji University is an active unit of a dynamic and growing university with a rich history and commitment to pursuing excellence in teaching and research.

1) Customized Short-Term Training
Customized training programs target private and public sector professionals and can be designed in software engineering area. They draw on the expertise of the school and partner organizations, thus ensuring curriculum content is as complete and inclusive as possible.

2) Pre-Designed Short-Term Training
The School has a limited number of pre-designed short-term training programs that target the professional development needs of practitioners in specialized fields. These courses are delivered upon request although a few are offered only during the summer break.
